The Bridge & Corner is a dynamic complex situated at the confluence of the 4th Street Bridge and the Los Angeles River in Boyle Heights, adjacent to the Arts District and close to Downtown Los Angeles. This multi-functional venue provides a range of spaces catering to creative office needs, private events, filming, and production basecamp parking. With its strategic location near major freeways and iconic urban landmarks, The Bridge & Corner offers unparalleled access and versatility for a diverse clientele, making it a prime destination for creative professionals and event organizers seeking a unique and well-connected setting.

Ofir Design crafted a branding strategy for The Bridge & Corner that balances a cohesive umbrella brand with distinct identities for each space. We used a graphic and geometric visual language inspired by the iconic 4th Street Bridge. The branding incorporates a base design for the overall identity, with unique elements for each space, creating a unified yet diverse aesthetic. This visual system was applied to a responsive website, print materials, and on-site signage, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience. The result is a brand identity that captures the complex's functional diversity and resonates with its creative, urban context.
